It's very difficult to find a young(er) person with this kind of work ethic. The very first day told me alot. He was exactly on time, answered every question, and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. That is the kind of person I will spend my money with every time. He continued to keep me informed throughout the entire job, from estimate to completion. To top it all off, they done a exceptional job on the roof. Jonah and the guys with Carrier Metal Roofing did an excellent job installing our standing seam metal roof on our new build. Jonah was a great communicator from the first point of contact. He provided an accurate quote that he stuck to until the end of the project. Jonah helped us to measure and order material. They showed up when they said they would and worked around other contractors schedules without hesitation. The project finished a couple days sooner than he told us it would. He called us with any questions or issues during the install process. The team was great about cleaning up daily and did a great final cleanup on the last day. Lastly, Jonah was willing to get on the roof with us and do a final walk through to ensure we were satisfied. We contacted Carrier Metal Roofing to complete a tear off and roof replacement of a 3800 square for home. We opted for the the standing seam option. We have had an excellent experience including the estimate process, the scheduling and the work itself. They kept a very clean job site, they really care about their craftsmanship and completed everything on schedule at budget. We had some leaking on our roof and had Jonah to come to give us an estimate . He did so in just a few days , was very prompt n professional . His opinion was to remove and replace the screws & damaged wood , which saved us alot of money . He set a time to come do the job but do to illness had to postpone for one week but was here first thing in the morning to start . He n his brother worked very diligently n got it finished in just a couple of days . Thank you for the professional work n clean up yall did .
